For same day delivery we request for your order to be placed by 2.00 pm. After this time, please telephone us on 01243 602863, as a local order in Selsey may still be possible - we always do our best as we aim to please every customer. Due to season and availability, we reserve the right to substitute some flowers or containers to the equal value and quality. Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Through our Interflora Service we can offer a wider delivery area Nationally and Internationally. Please note: when placing orders abroad we must have the telephone number of the recipient, otherwise the order could be at risk and all orders unless placed by 10am, will be next day (not Sundays). France does not accept orders for delivery on Monday as the shops are closed. Interflora charges will vary on the Country so please telephone direct for the correct charge.

If you wish to make any amendments to your order telephone us direct Refunds/ExchangesWe offer a full refund to our customers, based on the following criteria.Free refunds or replacements will be given where products are faulty or damaged. Refunds will be made by the same means the goods were purchased by, i.e. credit card refunds or a cheque payable to the person who signed the cheque sent.Our Interflora service offer a Quality Guarantee and promise to all customers: that the flowers will be fresh; will be delivered to the address specified to us; and will be delivered on a specific date - often the next day or even the same day (provided the order is place before 2 pm. Please Note: deliveries are not normally accepted for Sundays and UK Bank Holidays).

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you MUST contact the florist - on 01243 602863 - - within 48 hours of the flowers being delivered in order for a full refund to be given.
